DATA POLLING: The AT49FO01(N)(T) features DATApolling to indicate the end of a program cycle. During a pro-gram cycle an attempted read of the last byte loaded willresult in the complement of the loaded data on l/07. Oncethe program cycle has been completed, true data is validon all outputs and the next cycle may begin. DATA pollingmay begin at any time during the program cycle. |
Power MOSFETs can switch in nanoseconds. Unless the test circuit is laid-out with RF techniques, the measurements will betotally unreliable. Switching time measurements frequently amount to a characterization ofthe test circuit, rather than the deviceunder test. Gate charge provides a better indication of the switching capability ofpower MOSFETs. |
