After receiving a WRITE command, address and thedata, the CS (Chip Select) pin must be deselected for aminimum of tCSMIN. The falling edge of CS will start theself clocking clear and data store cycle of the memorylocation specified in the instruction. The clocking of theSK pin is not necessary afterthe device has entered theself clocking mode. The ready/busy status of theCAT93CXXXX can be determined by selecting the de-vice and polling the DO pin. Since this device featuresAuto-Clear before write, it is NOT necessary to erase amemory location before it is written into.
