RLR07C1782FS Features:
|
| The device is designed to interface directly with the synchronous Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) of many popular microcontroller families. It contains an 8-bit instruction register that is accessed via the SI input, with data being clocked in on the rising edge of SCK. CS must be LOW during the entire operation. |

| FEATURES Low Offset Voltage: 80µV typ. 300 µV max Single-Supply Operation: 2.7 to 6 Volts Low Noise: 8 nV/Hz Wide Bandwidth: 20 MHz Slew Rate: 12 V/µs Low Distortion No Phase Reversal Low Input Bias Currents Unity Gain Stable |
| NOTE: *Maximum IF(ON) is the maximum current required to trigger the output. For example, a 1.6mA maximum trigger current would require the LED to be driven at a current greater than 1.6mA to guarantee the device will turn on. A 10% guard band is recom- mended to account for degradation of the LED over its lifetime. The maximum allowable LED drive current is 60mA. |
